Converts photometric data between the European LDT format (EULUMDAT) and the North American IES format – in both directions.
How it works
One data set, two formats
Many projects outside Europe require photometric data in IES format rather than the LDT/EULUMDAT format common here. The IES Converter reads the photometric structure – luminous intensity distribution, luminaire dimensions, luminous flux and other parameters – directly and produces a file in the respective other format.
It's built on a purpose-built EULUMDAT reader and writer that transfers the core photometric data in a structured way between both formats.
